Refund Policy

At Codepluse Gen Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality software solutions and services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our digital products, software subscriptions, and service engagements. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of This Policy

This refund policy applies to all purchases made through:

  • Our official website (www.codepluse.in)

  • Direct sales or subscription agreements

  • SaaS platform access, API usage, custom software projects, or license-based installations


2. No Refund on Completed Services

As our products are digital and service-based, once a project is delivered, license is activated, or access credentials are issued, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes:

  • ERP/CRM/LMS setup and activation

  • API integrations or sandbox/live access

  • Custom development and module delivery

  • Source code handover or third-party deployment


3. Trial & Demo Policy

To help customers evaluate our solutions, we may offer:

  • Free or limited-feature demos

  • Trial periods (if applicable)

  • Live walkthroughs or consultations

We strongly encourage all clients to review demos or schedule a consultation before purchasing, as refunds are not available after confirmation and onboarding.


4. Refund on Duplicate or Unintended Transactions

In case of accidental double payments or unauthorized charges, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.

5. Monthly/Annual Subscription Cancellation

If you’ve subscribed to a monthly or annual SaaS plan:

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be given for the current billing period after access is granted.

6. Custom Projects & Milestone Payments

Custom development projects (such as website design, ERP customization, mobile app development, etc.) follow non-refundable milestone-based payments as agreed in the client proposal or contract. If a project is paused or canceled mid-way by the client, paid milestones are not eligible for refunds.


7. Force Majeure & Exceptions

We are not responsible for refunds or compensation due to:

  • Natural disasters, server outages, or third-party platform issues

  • Client-side delays, communication gaps, or scope changes after sign-off

  • Failure to meet client expectations not documented in the proposal
